We are a Norwegian holding company developing our own token (Mme defi token) fractionalised into 10 million tokens. Which equals the company outstanding shares, so that 1 token is to represent 1 share.

Our aim is to move the ownership from ordinary stock ownership over to the blockchain represented by a smart contract. As we believe this is the future ownership model.

The company intend to mainly invest in web3 infrastucture, but also stocks and private companies. We only invest in technologies/companies which we believe have strong disruptive advantages and opportunities in the long term. Our time perspective on the different holding investments is typical (5-15years).
